Supported Smartphones
Mobile Banking for Business is available on the following smartphones:
- iPhone
- BlackBerry 8000-8830 series including: BlackBerry 8800, BlackBerry Curve 8300
- BlackBerry 8900+ GPS WiFi Series: BlackBerry Curve 8520/8530, 8900, BlackBerry Bold 9000, BlackBerry Storm 9500/9530, BlackBerry Tour 9630
- BlackBerry Storm 2 (9520/9550)
- BlackBerry Bold 9650
- BlackBerry Bold 9700
- BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9100/9105 (9100/9105)
Note: Due to the dimensions of the BlackBerry Pearl screen (240x260), you must scroll horizontally to view all the information on the mobile approval screens
Note: BlackBerry smartphones must run BlackBerry OS (operating system) 4.5.0 or higher.
Supported SecurID Tokens
Mobile Banking for Business supports RSA SecurID tokens hardware and software (soft) tokens.
Note: In Mobile Banking for Business only, you can use any SecurID token registered with the bank.
SecurID authentication may be required:
- during login, depending on your company and user setup
- during wire approval, for the final approval
Additional Requirements for Supported SecurID Soft Tokens
- If you use a BlackBerry, you must run BlackBerry 5.0 OS or higher, which supports a tabbed browser window.
- If you use an iPhone, you must run iOS 3.0 or higher.
